It is easy to be anxious, jumpy, isolated or enraged about over-giving in today’s world. When you are an uplifter, you naturally want to gift your energy. And there are demands – everywhere you turn. People and the planet are very needy right now, and will be, until we find a way out of the chaos. Until then, the best thing you can do for others and for yourself is to be as calm, relaxed and happy as you can be. When you have energy for yourself, you will be the most effective at uplifting the world around you. Like they say, you can’t pour from an empty cup.
